2019 in review part 2

2019 has been a year where we’ve upped our game in our property conversion journey.⁠ ⁠ We’ve more than doubled the size of our acquisitions from 1630ft to 4400ft2. We’ve gone from an 8-bed conversion to 15-bed conversions in much more complicated buildings. This meant lengthier planning and financing timescales. We’ve definitely accumulated a lot of knowledge with the infinite list of health and safety and CDM requirements. We’ve also entered the commercial space as some of our space will be rented as offices in 2020.⁠ ⁠ Bigger conversions also means exposure in the press – we haven’t released the news on this yet as we still waiting for planning to come through! So trying to keep a low profile at the moment. Exciting times ahead.
