Founder
Andrea Savvidou
Andrea is a qualified Actuary and number cruncher at heart.
She started investing in the UK property market in 2015, and and set up itSimple Cap, a real estate investment company. At the age of 25 she managed to build a diverse property portfolio in the UK that boasts a mix of buy-to-lets, HMOs, and serviced apartments.
Her primary focus is the acquisition and conversion of commercial to residential properties. Alongside this, she works closely with private investors, offering them attractive returns on their investments.
Finance Director
Loukia Siamplettou
Loukia is a Chartered Accountant ACA with a background in Mechanical Engineering and brings a unique blend of financial expertise and technical problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions for operational challenges.
Since 2015, she has held key leadership positions managing the operational aspects and financial planning of both a Mechanical Construction Company. In these roles, she actively engage in project management for large-scale construction projects, ensuring effective resource allocation and delivering projects on time and within budget.
