Gate West, a historic pub originally built in 1913, has been converted into a 10-bed HMO and 5 self-contained apartments. Located in a prime area undergoing significant regeneration, it is just a 2-minute walk from the main train station. All HMO rooms feature en-suites and share two kitchens. The apartments consist of a mix of studio, one-bed, and two-bed units. The building is fully rented on a long-term basis.
