2019 in review

With only 9 days until the end of 2019, lets recap all the major changes of the year.

2019 has seen us entering the new build world. A world totally different to the conversion world. Luxury versus budget rooms (!). Sales versus rents. Totally different set of skills and capital needed.

Art Parkside – 5 apartments in a new build development next to Art One. 3 out of 5 apartments sold. Completion expected end of December 2020.

Art One –10 apartments in a new build development in Limassol, Cyprus with views of the Limassol coast. All apartments sold off-plan. Completion expected in the next month and photos of this monster to be released soon.

Needless to say, this couldn’t have happened without the best team in the world @lsiamplettou @artemiosart @itsimpleart.
